Job Description
The Vice President – Accounts will lead the organization’s finance and accounting function, ensuring robust financial governance, statutory compliance, financial planning, and strategic decision support. The role is responsible for overseeing accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation, audits, budgeting, and internal controls to support sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Leadership & Strategy

Provide strategic financial leadership and support business decision-making
Accounting & Financial Reporting
-
Oversee end-to-end accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, and fixed assets

Maintain compliance with Ind AS / IFRS / Companies Act
Budgeting & Financial Planning
-
Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
Taxation & Compliance
-
Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, Customs, and other statutory laws
Audit & Internal Controls
-
Lead statutory, internal, cost, and tax audits.
Team Management
-
Lead and mentor finance & accounts teams across locations.
Key Skills & Competencies
-
Strong expertise in Accounting, Taxation, Financial Reporting & Compliance

Excellent understanding of Ind AS, GST, Income Tax, and Corporate Laws
-
Experience with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Tally / MS Dynamics)
Qualifications

CA (Chartered Accountant) – Mandatory
-
MBA (Finance) – Preferred
Industry Experience Preferred
