Job Description

Salary: As per experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Call existing and potential customers to share product details and offers
  • Follow up with retailers and clients for orders and payments
  • Maintain call records and update customer data
  • Support the sales team in generating leads and repeat orders
  • Handle customer queries politely and professionally

Requirements

  • Fluency in Odia and Hindi (mandatory)
  • Basic communication and convincing skills
  • Experience in telecalling /sales preferred but freshers can apply
  • Basic mobile/WhatsApp handling and record keeping
  • Polite, patient, and target-oriented attitude.
