Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support daily administrative and operational tasks. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining records, handling documentation, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update company databases and records.

Handle data entry and documentation work.

Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and office documents.

Coordinate with different departments for operational support.

Manage emails, files, and internal communication.

Assist in invoice processing and basic accounting tasks.

Support HR, sales, and management with administrative tasks.
