Job Description
Salary: ₹11,000 – ₹12,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise sales staff and helpers on the floor
- Ensure proper display and arrangement of stores products
- Assist customers and handle queries professionally
- Monitor stock availability and inform management for replenishment
- Coordinate with billing department for smooth customer service
- Maintain discipline and cleanliness on the sales floor
- Handle minor customer complaints and report major issues to management
- Ensure daily opening and closing procedures are followed
Required Skills:
- Leadership and team management ability
- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of billing and stock handling
- Responsible, disciplined, and well-organized
- Ability to handle customer pressure during busy hours.
