Job Description

Salary: 10k

Qualification Required: 12th Pass (Commerce Stream Preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and generate GST invoices for wholesale customers
  • Enter daily sales data into billing software or register
  • Maintain records of cash, UPI, and bank transactions
  • Verify stock details before billing
  • Coordinate with the sales and accounts team
  • Handle customer billing queries professionally
  • Maintain proper documentation of purchase and sales bills
  • Assist in basic bookkeeping and daily account closing.

Required Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles
  • Understanding of GST billing (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, billing software, tally)
  • Good numerical and calculation skills
  • Honest, punctual, and responsible
