Key Responsibilities

• Maintain good relations with retailers, clients, and market contacts
• Visit shops and markets to promote company products and brand presence
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally
• Coordinate between management, sales team, and clients
• Support marketing activities, events, and promotional campaigns
• Help expand market network and generate new business leads
